Yes. Every approved repair is backed by a 60-day parts and 60-day labor warranty. If the same issue returns inside that window, we make it right at no charge.

Technician dispatch runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Online and phone scheduling is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do you charge a service call fee?

Yes. The service call is a flat $80 and it is waived in full the moment you approve the repair. No trip charges, no markups, no surprises on the invoice.

Do you only service residential customers?

Yes. Mr. Fixer Appliance Repair focuses on residential appliance repair. We do not service commercial or industrial kitchen equipment.

Do you use OEM parts?

Yes. We use factory-recommended genuine OEM parts. For premium brands like Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, and Thermador, we use OEM parts exclusively.
